When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed within 2–3 business days after your event. We use Paystack's settlement system directly to your mobile money or bank account.

What if an attendee wants a refund?

Refund policy is set by you as the organiser. jumpin. provides the tools to issue refunds from your dashboard. Our platform fee is non-refundable once tickets are sold.

Can I sell free tickets?

Yes — free events are fully supported. No fee is charged on GH₵0 tickets. Use them for RSVPs, guest lists, or community events.

Do attendees need to download an app?

No. jumpin. is a web app — attendees buy on mobile browser and receive a digital ticket they can access from any browser. No install required.

What's the maximum ticket price?

There is no maximum. You can sell tickets at any price point — from free community events to premium concerts and corporate conferences.
