Built in Ghana,
for Ghana.
jumpin. started from a simple frustration: buying tickets to events in Accra meant cash at the door, WhatsApp messages, or hoping a third-party link still worked. We thought ticketing in Ghana deserved something better — something built specifically for how Ghanaians actually pay and attend events.
The simplest way to sell and buy event tickets in Ghana
Most event platforms are built for markets where everyone has a credit card. jumpin. is built for Ghana — where MoMo is king, most users are on Android, and mobile data is precious.
For organisers, that means a platform where you can create an event in 3 minutes, share a link on WhatsApp, and start collecting payments before your flyer has even gone to print.
For attendees, it means buying a ticket in under 60 seconds — no sign-up required, no booking fee on top of the ticket price, and a digital QR code that works even when your signal drops at the door.
Our values
Honesty first
The fee is 10%. It never changes without 30 days' notice. What you see is what you pay. No surprises at checkout.
Reliability
When someone buys a ticket, the transaction either succeeds cleanly or fails loudly — never silently. No grey areas on the day of your event.
Built for Ghana
Designed for Android users on mobile data with local payment methods. Not an import — a product made for this market.
Simplicity
We add features only when they genuinely solve a problem. A simple product that works is better than a complex one that sometimes doesn't.
Why jumpin. exists
Ghana has a vibrant live events scene — music shows, tech conferences, comedy nights, campus events. But for most of it, the ticketing infrastructure hasn't kept pace. Organisers are still sending bank account details over WhatsApp. Attendees are still turning up at events to discover they're sold out, or that their bank transfer didn't go through in time.
jumpin. is our attempt to close that gap. Not by copying what works in London or New York and hoping it translates — but by starting from the reality of the Ghanaian events ecosystem and building upward from there.
The name comes from the feeling you want when you buy a ticket — that immediate commitment to something good that's coming up. You're in. You're jumpin' in.
"We only make money when you make money. If you sell zero tickets, you pay us nothing. That's the only way to build something people can trust."
